HCS Help is 99% Open Source which allows you to edit the look and feel of the software, we have encrypted several files that you really do not need to edit anyway which protects our intellectual property rights

ionCube Loaders (please ask your host if you are unsure)

We recommend Dreamweaver for editing
Compatable browsers - IE6, IE7, Mozilla, Opera (Mozilla returns the fastest results)
Screen Resolution set @ 1024x768 or higher
2 x 19" Monitors :) or higher
